1. Description of Service

AdStackLens is a Chrome extension that detects and analyzes advertising technology on web pages. It is designed as a research and analysis tool for ad tech professionals.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AdStackLens subject to these Terms.

• Free tier: Limited to 3 domains per calendar month.
• Pro tier: Unlimited use while you maintain an active annual subscription of $49 USD per year.

If your subscription ends or is cancelled, your last installed version of the extension will continue to function with its existing detection rules. The selector database bundled with that version is frozen as of your cancellation date and will not receive further updates until you resubscribe.

3. Payment and Recurring Billing

Pro licenses are sold as an annual subscription at $49 USD per year. Payments are processed by Stripe through ExtensionPay.

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each annual term, on the anniversary of your initial purchase date, using your saved payment method. Stripe sends a renewal notification email before each automatic renewal.

Prices do not include applicable taxes that may be imposed by your jurisdiction.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no phone call or email required. To cancel:

1. Open the AdStackLens extension menu.
2. Click Manage Subscription.
3. Sign in to your ExtensionPay account to access the Stripe customer portal.
4. Select Cancel subscription.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not end the current billing period: you retain full Pro access until the end of the term you have already paid for.

After the current billing period ends, your last installed version of AdStackLens will continue to function indefinitely, retaining access to all Pro features available at the time of cancellation. However, the selector database and any future feature updates will not be delivered after cancellation. To resume receiving updates, you may resubscribe at any time.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase. If you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we will issue a full refund and cancel your Pro license. To request a refund, email support@unplus.net from the address associated with your purchase.

After the 14-day period, and for all subsequent renewal payments, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time using the steps in Section 4, but the current billing period will not be refunded.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents the extension from functioning, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
• Redistribute or resell the extension or your license
• Use the extension for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

AdStackLens and all related materials are the property of unplus Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AdStackLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extension will detect all advertising technologies or that detection results will be accurate in all cases.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, unplus Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AdStackLens. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
